Goods are shipped by Australia Post or other reputable couriers. Delivery times vary (2 to 14 days). For damaged or lost items, contact the delivery service. RSSA may replace such items at their discretion.
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
